I am running Exchange 5.0 and my clients run either Exchange Client 5.0 through Inbox or Outlook 97 (installed with Office 97).

I've had a problem pop up with a few users where a rule that they delete out of their Inbox Assistant is still active. How can I fix this???

I've tried reinstalling the exchange client and Outlook 97. It doesn't seem to work. The rules should be server based.

Is there any way to view someone rules through the Exchange Admin???

Have you tried to re-initialize the rule ?

I mean re-entering the same rule then set that rule as a local rule then remove it again.
Michel Paquin
m.paquin@nfb.ca
<a href= National du Film du Canada
Failing that, add a fake rule of similar idea using a spurious email address. Regedit and find the address and nearby should be the other rule that was left active and deleted. Remove this value or key and restart...

Of course, you will back up the registry first!!!
