Inverted Display on Monitor

Dell 15' CRT Monitor


I have a monitor that has all of a sudden began displaying upside down. I even have to move the mouse in the opposite direction to get the desired response. I am stumped as to how to solve this problem and my users are very impatient.

this is an old trick program. someone in you office/home has loaded it to freak you out.

either that or you are going to need that bumper sticker i see on a lot of Jeeps:

Check the Rotation in your Display Properties (your details may vary)

Seems it will be easier if turn the monitor upside down!

I am 100% sure the monitor was right side up. I checked before i queried anything else.

I already turned the monitor upside down till i can find a fix. I did not see any rotation options in my display settings so thats a no go. But there must be a fix for it. A coleague of mine said it had something to do with the display matrix... but no solutions.

Thanks anyway guys. I'm still scratching my head on this one.

Just a thought, try looking in your bios for a setting.
I dont recall ever seeing one for that but its worth a look anyway.

Do a search for a program called "Bad-Day" on your system.
