inventory scan in power save mode

Hello!

Has anybody have problem when he runs inventory scan on notebook, when processor is in power save mode? I can not get wright results when this happens. Does anybody know how to get the wright results?

Well I am sure that this has been addressed in some fix, but maybe something else came up. What version of TCM and FW are you on?

We have TCM 4.2.3 with fixpack3 and FW 4.1.1

Well you are up to date (well FP04 did just come out) so I would think that you should be getting the info correctly. It has been a while since I dealt with this issue. I just checked the SQL for the database creation in FP03 and there is a MAX_SPEED and CURRENT_SPEED in the PROCESSOR table, maybe this is what you are looking for.
