When I tried to make windows update, the message said that my product key is invalid.

Currently I have another version of XP Pro with valid key, what I need to do, to restore the key status?

Reinstall? No, can I overwrite the current version of XP OS with this valid new one and do not touch other installed program?

Or is there other easy way?

Many thanks,

I think that change of product key is exactly what I want.
Thanks your guys above.
