I just tried to open QuarkXpress 4.1 for PC and received the following:

Has this ever happened to any of you? Does anyone know how to fix the problem? I thank you in advance.

Try deleting the XPressPreferences.prf from the QuarkXPress folder.

Thank you. I have saved this information for future use. After Quark told me they would not support 4.1, I reinstalled it and it has worked well since.
