Hi There,

I have a user who has visited a website and received the following error message.

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module GDI32.DLL at 0177:bff2bdd2

Microsoft Technet advises me that these error messages can occur when you access a Web site that runs a Java program and you have installed a version of CyberMedia First Aid 97 earlier than version 4.02

However...no PC here has CyberMedia First Aid 97 running.

Any suggestions to what I might be able to try next?

Thanks

I think it happened 3 or 4 times today and not sure of the history prior to this.
