'Invalid number' when pressing '0'

Hey people,

I've been stumped on this one for some time now. I get an 'Invalid number' when company employees and I try to reach the receptionist pressing '0'. I have searched through previous posts regarding this issue. I checked Feat. 982 and Feat. 983 to confirm that the ATDT is set to the right extension - ext. 200. The extension works fine without pressing '0'

doh! looks like I didn't have direct dial set to internal.
