Invalid item totals or quantity. Non-zero item totals cannot have a qu 1

Hi

Running Accpac 5.5 - processing invoices where there are lines with a zero quantity. In SOME cases this goes through but in others we get 2 errors on posting. first as in subject and the second one
"Invalid input. Statistics update failed due to transaction date not defined in Calendar Server or record not found."

The fiscal periods are all set up correctly. the users have been processing invoices like these for ages.

Any ideas folks?

Check your account sets and categories for those items.

I have checked these as well as the items and customers concerned. All fine.

If the problem is reproducable, run RVSPY during posting to pinpoint the table/field with the problem.

Will check it out and let you know. Difficult to run RVSPY on our environment but will get some advice on that.
