Customer switched PRI provider, and now the DTMF's are not working in the AA. Sometimes the calls go thru, but other times it says Invalid Extension #. When they press the # sign, there is this weird chirping sound. Also when they hit **, same issue and they can't access their voicemail.
It was working find on their other provider but now it has stopped. Any suggestions? Thanks
