Invalid Extension in AA, new PRI Provider

Customer switched PRI provider, and now the DTMF's are not working in the AA. Sometimes the calls go thru, but other times it says Invalid Extension #. When they press the # sign, there is this weird chirping sound. Also when they hit **, same issue and they can't access their voicemail.

It was working find on their other provider but now it has stopped. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
is the new PRI provider following the same protocol as the old? DMS-100 is one of them but there are newer ones used today. are you in an desend or assend mode, is the framing esf or sf, there is a white paper on installing PRI I think it's in Nortel: Norstar Systems FAQ.
