Greetings experts.

I have a mystery before me and i have no clues how to resolved them.

each time i install a dll and register it on my local pc, when i run an application that is supposed to use this component, i *always* get "invalid class" error.

This, as I understand it, means that the dll needs to be registered and this I have done.

When I install and register same dll at work, everything works fine.

Yesterday, I register an unzip component, and today, I registered persits aspPDF component but could not use any of them.

I kept getting "invalid class" error.

Meanwhile, both components are registered at my place of work and work just fine.

I am confused. Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance

I don't think it is a regsvr32 usage issue.

As stated in my original post, I registered and use the same components at work just fine.

Not sure they won't work at my home pc.

Something that the registering process Depends on, may be available on the work machine but missing on the home machine?
