Since 2 weeks, we are experiencing a high numerious of strange errors in our SCCS 4.2:

Invalid call state. (Call state: 2. Call id: 3445. File/Function: .\cpcall.cpp/CPCall::treatComplete() : line 1137.)

We have those errors approx. 1-10 each minutes. It all started with some SCCS services failed last week followed by a CSA106..... If anyone has an idea it would be well appreciate!! We have a CTI (TAPI, HDX, IVR, MIRAN,...).

Are you using Meridian Mail ACCESS link and did this start after scripting changes or a switch init, or some other event? Have you tried rebooting the Symposium yet?

We performed a Sysload and we also Shutdown the SCCS (as well as installing the new patch SU11).

We also performed a Database Integrity Check to make shure there was no possible corruption. The only thing we changed are very small scripts that wouldn't have any impact...

Yes we are using Meridian Mail ACCESS for some applications ??

In that case, are you able to dial the CDN and hear those recordings? If you do hear recordings, verify that you can hear them all (do you have a script built that just plays all your prompts, for testing?). It looks like something may not be playing, and for a recording that is hit fairly often, that can cause Symposium to fail. Also, check the health of your AML. Are all your ACCESS ports showing "Active" in Meridian Mail (they shouldn't be Idle). Something is not synching up here, seems like.
