Inv in Cust History Tab but not Cust Invoice Tab????

I can search for an invoice.
It shows a cust number
When I open that cust inquiry the invoice is not in tab 4 - "Invoices" but is in tab 3 "History"

What happened and how can I fix?

Sorry, yes I rebuilt the sort files and did various database maintenence.
