i am using a BCM 50, and i keep getting dropped calls, and 'INV IE CONTENT' message, but i dont know what it means, and how to rectify it. Would it be something to do with my IVR server ?
Can you be more specific. Where are you getting this message? Is the caller hearing it, or is it coming through as an alarm? What release software do you have? Do you have POTs lines or T1/PRI? Are all calls dropping or just intermitent calls? All this information is relative for the techs here to give you the best help you can get.
