IntuityLX INADS

Morning,
I have an Intuity Audix LX R2.
I have set up the alarm configuration to report minor alarms.
Added the remote number for the audix to report alarms.
When I do a test alarm I see the minor in the alarm logs but the call never dials out.
i can connect to the Audix remotely so I know that the modem is working.
The Multitech modem is connected to the Audix via serial to com port.
There is a card in the PCI slot that the modem connects to.

No clue why it is not reporting alarms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have still been unable to figure why this won't report to INADS.
I have other locations set up the same way and they work fine.

Any thoughts from anyone?

I remember that no inads login for intutity audix , only can use craft , vm or sa for login use

I am logged in to the Audix.
I am trying to setup Alarm reporting.
Alarm configuration
Alarm Origination is INADS
Alarm level is set to minor
alarm suppression s set to Active
Clear alarm notification is set to Active
I also have a nuber inserted(even tried my cell phone# and desk phone#) into INADS destination field.

I have confirmed that the CO line is OK and does not require a 9 to dial out.
Just a regular POTS line.

What are your thoughts?

since you have alarm suppression set to yes i think it ignores alarms.
