Does Avaya have anything that would work similar to Merdian Mail Express messaging. If I have a answered caller on my phone I would like to be able to send the caller directly to a voicemail box for purposes of leaving a message.

I think the closest thing you will find to this on Intuity is direct transfer to Audix feature. Lets say I cover your phone as first point of coverage. I can use transfer (access code) transfer and put that call directly back into your mailbox.
