Hi - We had two definities hooked up to our Intuity Audix. One was Switch 1, one was Switch 4. We no longer have Switch 1 hooked up, so I removed it from the screen shown below. When I try to modify the remaining link to be switch number 1 (instead of 4), it no longer talked to the switch. Is there something I have to change in the switch also? Thanks.

Switch Link Administration

4 172.20.211.12 5002

its under your 'change comm processor-channels'

there is a switch # there..

I tried changing the 4 (below) to a 1, and also changing on the audix form in my first post, from 4 to 1, but they still won't talk. I just get fast busy when I dial the lead number of the Audix hunt group.
