I have a G3v9 with a 12 port Intuity R5 connected via CLAN.

I'm looking to seperate 4 of the ports for another building tenant that is on the switch so their calls are answered only by those 4 ports.

Any ideas ?

just out of curiosity, what difference would it make which lines answered their phones?

Tenant is "paying for" specific amount of ports.

In their Audix hunt group, just put 4 stations in the hunt group. The stations are provisioned for the ports in the audix.

Blueline,

Another issue you may have is having more than one Intuity associated with the PBX. If your G3V9 is an R, then no problem. The G3r (and S8700) can have multiple Intuities assigned. If it's anything else then you can't set up a seperate hunt group.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, WHCARon

I tried setting up a seperate hunt group ( first thing I tried ) but the switch would allow only 1 Audix hunt group.

So I think I'm stuck.

Thanks though for your answers so far.
