If that doesn't help, do an advanced search with google of the avaya site.
There are many methods of integrating a hospitalilty site. Most sites have a PMS that AVaya doesn't provide.
One must also remember Intuity lodging is perversion of Audix Voice Power, a system from the dark ages of voice mail, with all of the associated problems.

exactly what r u trying to do with the lodging program
my company specializes in the Hospitality industry as we are the preferred vendor for Intercontinental Hotel Groups (candlewood, staybridge, holiday Inns, etc etc)

The installation is pretty straight forward. Follow the installation guide step by step and you should have no problems. Be ready to have Avaya download multiple software patches to keep the system running clean.
