Intuity Issues

i have a Intuity with Audix Lodging voicemail system that has just 1 mailbox that when you leave a message for it, it records the message twice.....i have deleted, purged and readded this mailbox but still it does the same thing. Any ideas would be appreciated

i have seen this before also. it took rebooting it, deleting the mailbox, then rebooting it again and finally adding it. is it 4.1?

Yes it is a Map 4.1... when say reboot, are you talking about a complete shutdown of the PC or a restart of the voice system?

A "cold boot" is always best, it allows the full maintenance routine to run, occasionally more that one might be required.
