Can a subscriber, who has broadcast capabilities, delete a broadcast message once it is sent and the user already terminated the session? I am trying to retrieve and delete the message from subscribers who have not listened to it yet.
 
Sure. Log into the broadcast mailbox and delete it. Users will probably still have the MWI, but it will say the message has been deleted.
 
Dear phoneguy55, thanks for your help. That's what Avaya said to do also.
 
Could you tell me the steps to delete one? I have a user that recorded a broadcast message that plays right after a user logs into their voicemail. Before they hear their name and menu to record messages, get messages or administer personal greetings.
 
Nevermind. I just wasn't thinking. Deleting it out of the broadcast mailbox fixed it.
