In Intuity Audix when a subscriber login get 3 prompts

press 1 name
press 2 ...
Press 3 personal greeting

The other options like changin password etc are all hidden options, can we enable such that the subscriber hears all the options and if yes HOW

Unless someone changed it,
the standard intuity audix setup does
use the *4 for the help menu.

On my Intuity Box, if you press *4 you got the entire help menu.

Can you help me set this up. When i try the same on my Intuity audix LX box i only get frist 3 options, I dont know where I am goin wrong

Hi NIX012,

What release of Audix do you have? bobg1 is right on the *4 notion. It may be that either A) your installation has had the keys remapped, or B) that you've got a different release that maybe uses a different key, or a different structure all together.

I believe it's also possible to lock a mailbox from being able to have those options, you may want to check the permissions level on that.
