Trying to determine what tape this is from the comcode.

408037729 is the older wide format tape for the Tandberg tape drive used in the Older MAP5P R4.X and MAP40P and MAP100P.

DC-9200 - 2 GB

DC-9250 - 2.5 GB Magnum

DC-9400 - 4/8 Gb

normally you will want to use the 4/8Gb tape

yes its a 4 GB tape

keep in mind that some times the data tape is not the issue but a tape drive itself such as cleaning or the drive belt has slipped off.
