Intuity Audix: Shutting down a mailbox 1

Intuity Audix v.4.4.5

Is there a way to stop a mailbox from receiving any messages while retaining the subscriber's ability to log on and listen to existing messages?

I tried changing the type to 'bulletin-board', but that still allowed voicemail (as opposed to call-answer) messages to be left.

I need to make it so that someone trying to send or forward a message from within Audix gets told that they cannot send to subscribers who have been migrated.

Try setting the one mailbox in a different community and in system parameters restrict sending between the two communities
