Intuity Audix outcalling not working on outside numbers

I’m looking at the outcalling features of Audix \ Message manager. I have all of the extensions of my Intuity ports. The cos that they are using has a “N” for restrict call fwd-off net. Is this why I’m unable to get oucalling to work on outside numbers? If I change this to a “Y” am I opening a hole for toll fraud?

You need to check the COR, not COS for the ports.

Assign a COR to the Audix skill/hunt group, that has a high enough FRL to make the calls...

The COR needs to be st on the hunt group ports, not the hunt group though.

What I’m trying to do now is have outcalling send a page to my cingular cell phone. I have the local number it calls to check voicemail and the digits it needs to enter but for some reason audix doesn’t seem to send it. Is there an option to trace outcalling ports or does it choose a port at random?
