The mode codes are whatever u have in the system connected to it. They have to agree in the telephone system and the audix to work properly.

P.S. For the best response to a question, read FAQ222-2244. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Please answer all questions so that I may have the info to assist you. Leaving a post on how you fixed the problem will also be appreciated.
There are books at support.avaya.com that address how to integrate particular pbx es with the Intuity. Use google advanced to look for the book. Some pbx es can be integrated using digital terminal emulation that usually works better than mode codes. The particular pbx determines what can be used as mode codes. The dial plan usually determines that. The Intuity also must have the modes codes integration loaded on it if u go the 'mode codes' direction.
What kind of pbx do u have?
I'm trying to integrate this to an Asterisk VOIP PBX softswitch. There are means and flexibility to customize outpulse digits and such. People appear to be more emotionally attached to their voicemail system than their telephone set. Thanks for the info.

is where the mode codes are listed in the INtuity if the INtuity already has the mode code integration loaded. If it is not loaded, then u have to get the appropriate disk or tape and load it.
