Intuity Audix Logins?

Has anyone been able to add, or have Avaya add, different login ID's to Intuity Audix other than the defaults "sa" and "vm"?

We have multiple technicians using ASG tokens for logins into all of our Definity's and our new Intuity 5 supports ASG but it appears it is only for the login ID's that exist.

I can't figure out how to add a new login ID and I'm not sure if it can be done by a local administrator or if Avaya has to do some customization to allow this?

From a security perspective and ease of use we would like to use our ASG tokens for access.

We had the same problem and I have found no way of adding additional loggins. I am not sure if Avaya can do it but it is not possible by yourself.

U CAN'T ADD LOGINS LIKE U CAN DO IN THE PBX, BUT AVAYA HAS SPECIAL SOFTWARE THAT SOME OF ITS USERS BUY THAT WILL GIVE OTHER LOGINS FOR THE INTUITY, BUT U HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.
