Intuity Audix e-business solution 5.1 - faxing issue? 1

Can anyone please help me on this one ..... we have installed an Intuity Audix 5.1 e-Business solution (rack mount) at a customer.

When you send a fax to Intuity Audix from internal or external you receive the name of the fax machine you are sending to, in this case the Intuity sends back INTUITY in uppercase letters and the customer wants there name to appear there. We have had a look at the admin screens and have not been successful in identifying where this name of INTUITY can be changed to the customer name. Any ideas will be welcome.

The name is the name of the local machine. From the Audix command line type change machine. You should see a line that has the name of the Audix. Remember, Unix does not like spaces, so if the name is two names, use '_' instead of a space.

thanks, i will change the machine name to the customer name and see if that solves the problem. Thanks for the information.
