While an agent, sitting on desk 5579, is talking with somebody on ODN line1 (It's an incoming call), i am calling 5579 and 2nd line is ringing, I don't get"extension busy message"..
What is the reason? How can i disable the second line not to ring while agent is talking with Line1? What do you think?

all ADN positions are marked as multi member busy. No problem on this,
Also actually, with the same parameters, there is no problem on other ODNs...

In my opinion it is collision between SERV and ADC.
If ADC d1=2 SERV d3d4 can’t be 02.
Change SERV to 02011201.
Are you sure that all agents have this same SERV and ADC?

This is weird. 2nd access line should not ring at all. There is no fcn ODN2 either. Don't delete it, just move the etxnesion to another equ and move it back.

Hi all, Thx for the answers..We will try to change the equ and move it back, and update the result for you...By the way on same equ, other DNs have no problem, but it think this should be a little bug for system and after changing equ and/or relocate to same equ, it can be fixed
