Is possible intrusion into route?
I have DTS:
[tt]EXTENSION DIRECTORY CATEGORIES
CAT TRAF SERV CDIV ROC TRM ADC CUST LANG
13 01131301 02151201 000140000 000001 2 00100001010 5[/tt]

and route:
[tt]ROU SEL TRM SERV NODG DIST DISL TRAF SIG BCAP
10 011000000000001 4 2110000000 30 128 01151514 111110000031 111100[/tt]

and i called *0*201#10 (into busy trunk), i pressing 4, DTS write INT REQUEST FAILED

Your settings are correct and I can think of 2 things:
1-The extension which is connected to the external line is not open to intrusion
2-I donot know which BC version u r using but there exists a PARNUM value that restricts/allows intrusion on external line for BC11 it is Parnum=36 parval=1(allows int on extline).
3-you should also check Parnum=26 for intrusion on incoming trunk.
Good luck and keep us posted

Experience it, there is no substitute.

I have BC10(VERSION=LZY2035160/6/BC10CNA142/R4A) and PARNUM 26 and 36 is 1.

The extension which is connected have SERV D3D4=02

[bugeyed]
1-Is "The extension which is connected have SERV D3D4=02"
the one connected to the ext line or is it for the intruding party?

2-Check parnum 68 as well if you are using a DTS for intrusion.

the one connected to the ext line have SERV D3D4=02, intruding party have 15
PARNUM 68=1

My friend from OPII you can intrude the call by the following example:
dial the line e,g.:*0*101#9
I asume that rou=1,tru=1-1,dest=9

then you will find it is busy, now dial the ring puttom and you will hear the the caller talking.
I hope that will be usefull.

Bye the way: you have to disable the ability from the operator to cut the line by checking parnum=68.

Description of parnum 68 for BC10 cna143:

0= Dts is permitted to intrude on an external line
1= Dts is NOT permitted to intrude on an external line.

So try having parnum 68=0 and use a Dts (not analog or any
other type of extension)
