Hi,
MD110 Call Center with ACD groups.
Supervisor have permission to intrusion on agents.
But if agent try parking phone and in same time supervisor listen it, that agent can't parking and it can cognize that intrusion.
Is there possibility to prevent agents get to know about intrusion?
