Intrusion in MD110

Hi,

MD110 Call Center with ACD groups.
Supervisor have permission to intrusion on agents.
But if agent try parking phone and in same time supervisor listen it, that agent can't parking and it can cognize that intrusion.

Is there possibility to prevent agents get to know about intrusion?

No way... If supervisor intrude the call, agent cannot park the call for sure.... //patcher
 
I've seen patches that solve this issue and allow agents to park calls when supervisor has intruded the call. I don't have the patches, but you can ask your E/// support about it. I've also heared that next version of MD110 will solve this problem as well, but I'm not sure.
