I'm new to my employer and know little about intranet set-up.
The problem is - a few users have problem accessing the intranet web site. They're prompted with NT login dialog box for user login ID and password, when entered, the page returns with "Unauthorized - Logon failed" message. And all our web applications use NT authentication.
My question is how and where I can start to look for the problem? Why is most can access the intranet, and few cannot?
Is this to do with IIS set-up or something to do with access rights to the server machine itself, which is Windows NT 2000?
