Intranet Development need advice

Hi

I have resently been given the task of creating the business intranet. I have everything planned and ready for designing and development. I have my own website and have about an intermediate knowledge of website design...

My problem is though:

I have no HTML knowedge and neither wish to but need to implement a message board and a way for a user to post staff news without hasseling me.

Now I know you can download message boards from sites and implement them on your site but these will be hosted by the ISP. My problem is not everyone has access to the internet.

Is there a downloadable module for dreamweaver that allows development of messages boards and allows you to host it. I could also do with a suggestions area that user can post commenst to me.

Please help as I dont know how to go abaout this.

This may not be the answer you are looking for - it's not a dreamweaver module but...Can you run PHP and MySQL on your intranet server?

If so have a look at phpBB from

http://www.phpbb.com

(I think).
