I have just designed an intranet and launched it.

Because it is only about 15 pages and accessed by 25 people I decided to keep it on the local server becasue we do not have any labour intensive applications and resources are only dented slightly.

I amended the login scripts to map a drive to the Intranet. My users accessing and everything seems okay. BUt If I need to make an amendment and open the Intranet pages in dreamweaver the images have a cross through them. But when I open the page via my browser the images appear.

What causes this.

Not having the images in both your local & remote folders Live long and make your kids suffer..

If that's not it, try making the pics relative to site root.

Hell.. I'm just typing something here :)
