Interworking other vendors phones/systems in Hunt groups

Hello,

I am attempting to integrate our third party PBX with an iSDX via DPNSS. Our customer would like to have these third party phones as members of an iSDX hunt group.

They would also like these phones to be ACD agents for an iSDX agent group.

Is this going to be possible? If so how do I program the iSDX?

Is there any special DPNSS signalling that needs to be performed? i.e BTNR 188 Section 46 - Call Distribution

call someone in, its not going to be the easiest thing to explain/do if you have no DX knowledge

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Networked ACD is only available from Revision 7 software as part of the hotdesking/homeworking set up

If you are working true DPNSS then you should be able to put remote extn into a Hunt Group
