I was wondering if someone can help. The issue I have is that I have 3 sites Sydney Main site NR1, Melbourne NR 2 and New Zealand NR 8.
When somebody calls from New Zealand (NR 8) to Melbourne (NR 2) they have been configured to call via Sydney (Main Site NR 1). I have set this up using intervening regions i.e. NR8 to call NR 2 has to go via NR1. This works up until the point the call connects then the call goes from NR 8 to NR 2. Please see below. The site uses a Hub and Spoke Technology as opposed to Mesh.
The example below shows a user in New Zealand calling a Melbourne Number and as you can see the call starts off using Sydney, however, the call then binds between NR 8 and NR 2, bypassing NR 1.
