Customer is testing Interruptible Aux, all is working ok (we are using the notify option) as soon as the SL in internal-data goes below what is specified on the hunt group the notify works but when the SL is back up (above % in disp sys fea pg 13) the notify does not stop.
Tried adding more agents availabale in the group who also get the 'notify' tone, obviously this drops when they go available but even though the SL is back up to 97% as soon as they go into the reason code with interruptble enabled the 'notify' starts again.
Any advice anyone
