Interquartz 9335 and Caller ID

Hi,

This forum seems great, so I have another quick question.

We've got some Interquartz 9335 phones. Caller ID doesn't work on all extensions. It not the phone as I plugged a 'working' phone into my extension and it didn't work anymore, and vice versa.

I have looked in the manager software and the extensions seem to be set up identically.

Any ideas where to look?

Have you tried setting the caller ID to FSKA?

I have changed the caller ID to FSKA, it didn't make a difference, do i need to reboot the phone system for this change to take effect?

Also, the extensions that are working don't have it set to FSKA, just set to 'On'.
 
A reboot would be worth doing, what level of software are you running?

There is a confirmed bug with the ring pattern. If set to 2, cli will not work.

I've got the same problem. Interquartz are currently investigating.

So far I have traced it to an issue with the POTS module. Using the analogue output on the 406 works. Anyhting connected to the 16 port module doesn't work. Well, it work after a reboot, but only for about 30 mins.

FSKA didn't work for me. Currently using v3.1(29).
 
FSKA didn't work for me, neither did setting it to UK.

Wierd that most work, but only 2 in use don't.

Pity that one of the ones that doesn't is mine!!!

Anyone with any more ideas??
