One of my users is getting a reboot shortly after logging in. I have scanned for viruses and found nothing. Here are the results from one of the dump files. I have done some searching for some of the Bugcheck codes and have been unsuccessful. My question is does anyone know of a good place to look for solutions to these problems? Or does anyone know how to interpret this particular output?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd give up trying to interpret the dump file - look at possible causes (hardware/software changes to machine, history of problems etc)

Forget the dump file. Even Microsoft seems to ignore them. There is probably only a handful of people anyway that can truly read them.

There are so many possible reasons for the behaviour. You are going to have to do a process of elimination, checking for hardware and software..

Just as a point of possible interest...I had a machine that did a reboot erratically. Drove me nuts. It turned out that the power line, the actual main line into the building, wavered, just a tiny bit. Being AC 'n all. But the amount was just a hair under the tolerance of the motherboard. So when the power on the line dropped just that hair below, the system detected it and did a reboot. Took me months to find that one.

Good luck.

It is most likely some sort of odd situation, he is a remote user and when he brings his machine on-site we do not see this happening. So it is pointing to something at his home. I will try some troubleshooting on some of his hardware. Thanks for the input.
