Interpreting ACD Output stream

I have mislaid my document that tells me what all the characters etc are. My customer is writing their own app to display agent status etc and i could do with a copy or link to a copy, It dosen't appear to be on the Mitel website anywhere

I don't really want to go to site and work it all out !
