This was sent from the East Coast, from a hotmail account, but what is the timezone the stamp refers to? GMT?

Date: Sat, 05 Jun 2004 10:23:19 -0400

Many thanks for any assistance!

The time stamp is referring to east coast time (EDT). The -0400 means that EDT is 4 hours less than GMT.

I just sent an email from hotmail to work (I'm on the west coast - PDT) and this is the time stamp I get:

Sat, 12 Jun 2004 10:09:58 -0700

Cheers.
