I have to PCs connected via cross cable. One has two NIC cards and on one of them my internet broadband is configured by a static IP address and cable is going to some hubs and switches and second card is connected to second PC by cross cable. I want to make my internet computer as a proxy server so that I can use internet on second machine. For proxy thing I am using Wingate.

Both the machines are running Windows 2000 Server.

How should I proceed??????

If you are using Windows 2000 Server you can just enable the NAT feature of RRAS (Routing and Remote Access). There will be no need for third party proxies and you'll be on the internet on the second completely transparently.
