Hello,
I am trying to enable internet sharing on my win2k box, all the info i can find says "Start/Settings/Network and Dial-up connections, Right click/Properties/click sharing tab/check "enable sharing"". Only I dont have a sharing tab!?!? How do I enable sharing using this method. skottieb:)

Have you set up a dial-up connection to your ISP? (eg, called 'MyISP'). That's what's shared. You need to access the properties of 'MyISP', after you've set it up.

You need a second Networks card to get the " sharing button"
The first card goes to your machine and the second will go to your guest thats linked by your machine to Internet.
To make it as simpel as it can be do this...
Buy a ROUTER and a Networks card, install and start.
The router will have the IP ( base IP ) and the rest will have e a separate ip nr.
