Internet Service Manager, exchange folders are "error"

Hello,
I am trying to configure SSL and am following some of the how-to's, BUT am stuck at the first hurdle ;^(

My when I try to access the IIS, Default Web Site, public, exchange and Exadmin foders have a red "error" icon, instead of the usual folder-n-globe icon?!?

Any ideas as to how I can resolve this?

Goto services stop and start the world wide web publishing service. If it starts before IIS or Exchange you'll see this.
