I'm having difficulties setting up Internet Printing. According to the requirements, all I need is IIS installed and the printer published in the Active Directory. I've gotten all this done. However, when I go to no printers display on the page. Is it possible that since the printer is behind an HP mini print server it's not populating on the page or am I missing something else?

No, that doesn't work. The printers folder is empty. However, the printers are displayed outside the folder with the other general shares.

How are the printers set up? Are you using hpwebjetadmin to assign IP numbers? Can you ping the printers? jonwilbanks suggestion http:\\server\printers has always worked for me. Glen A. Johnson

Printers are installed through TCP/IP on a statically assigned ip address. For giggles, I upgraded the firmware on the print server. Now, if I go to http:\\server\printers. I get the all printers banner but no printers display. Also, if I go to \\server\printers from a remote machine I only have the add printer option. But like I said before, the printers are displayed individually in the root \\server. If I weren't already bald, I'd be losing hair over this.

For giggles, I upgraded the firmware on the print server. Can you un-install the upgrade? Glen A. Johnson

Yes, but I did that after all the other attempts. The firmware from before was some two years+ old.

It brings me to the web interface of the HP print server

I kind of got side tracked off of this one for awhile, but I did get it fixed. Seems that the person before me didn't install IIS right or had done something odd with it. Once I reinstalled it, works like a champ now. Thanks for your help on that one.
