internet options restricted...help plzzz

internet options on IE and folder options are restricted already tried regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

there was no "NoFolderOptions" file in there........

any help would be greatly appreciated

I think Microsoft has a thing called Internet Explorer Administrator, search there site for it. Usually in a school, work, or some type of restrictive environment, admins will block certain functions, to prevent unauthorized transaction. You may have to look on microsoft.com and find more info on this.

Do a search for this in the registry, change the value to 0.
