internet / mail slow

My email and internet has dramatically slowed and times out frequently. I'm pretty sure it's a virus. We run on a server and several workstations. Some of the workstations had picked up a welchia virus. I'm wondering if this is the problem.

I first bought a new router.. this did not work. When i try to ping the address it will occassionally find it and occassionally time out. Any ideas?

i just got rid of the virus and that was the problem, what a pain... everything ok now.

I had similar problems with u, so i want to know how did u do step by step and what is the removal u use ?

the best step is to go to symantecs website...

actually scroll down about half way down the page and it is there.

Look for the highest security viruses and look for the welchia.. there they will give you the step by step on how to remove it.
