Internet Mail Queues...

We run Exchange 5.5 and I always notices messeges in the Queue tab of Exchange 5.5... When I check the details of the message, it says something like "host not found". Is this a spammer using my exchange server as a relay? Any thoughts would be helpful...

First go here and configure your Exchange Server:
