Internet Lan Bridge Client 32 Error

Recently we have experienced the errror of "Internet Lan Bridge Client 32 Error" and we hired a Tech Support Person to come on site and try to fix this.... we were unsuccessful. Since he was at our facility over the weekend we now are experiencing this error every time I try to backup our data to our backup file. The program we use at our mfg. plant is Business Works Gold. Can anyone help or give me some advise?

I'm thinking you may be using LanBridge software for internet sharing? That's the only time I've come across the term that I can recall..
