Internet Explorer seems to be set in frames somehow- 1

hello- i am rather new to the whole networking/hardware in depth troubleshooting, but i am having this error when i open up IE. basically, it opens with favorites on the left (which is ok) my homepage in the middle, and on the right is another "frame" i will call it, and it has the error "page cannot be displayed". and i can't figure out how to get rid of it?! any thoughts?

Your popup blocker is blocking an Ad page.
You might add your Home Page to the "White List" feature of your popup blocker to permit popups on the page.
